The ‘Il Ceppo’ Wood Farm deals with the cleaning and cutting of woods. The firewood comes mainly from the owned woods in the valleys of Brescia, Bergamo, and Tuscan-Emilian Apennines
At our headquarters in Chiari, the logs are stored and turned into firewood, which is then left to season in our yard before being used. The firewood is supplied in pallets or big-bags. For the delivery, Mr. Giuseppe, owner of the company, buys in 2010 a Hinowa TP2000 tracked pallet jack.

‘We have been working in the wood industry for 10 years now, from our woods to the final consumer. The trees and trunks are collected in our woods, transported to our headquarters, and once there they are cut, often tailored for the final customer. The problem was in the home delivery of pallets or big-bags of firewood,’ says Mr. Iore, who then adds: ‘Often, the customer has special needs and wants the firewood to be stored in places that are difficult to reach, and with any electric pallet jack or forklift truck it had become impossible to make the deliveries, but with the TP 2000 tracked pallet jack I solved this kind of inconveniences.’

Thanks to the tracks and the power, the TP 2000 manages to overcome obstacles and rough terrain. It can overcome steep ramps, stepped slides, and every type of terrain, from sand to snow, from gravel to dirt; it does not even hesitate on frozen slides. A safe but above all stable vehicle.

‘Home deliveries are no longer a problem that concerns us’, says Mr. Iore, satisfied.
